Do not ever consume antibiotics!!! Except you are really really need them. Antibiotics, one of the most effective drug against bacterias. Very powerful and effective, but the bacterias are more powerful. Bacterias can produce better immunity for theirselves to fight the latest antibiotics invented. Next time if you are infected, tell your doctor to give you different kind of antibiotic he gave previously. Show him latest prescription, so he can change the antibiotics that will be given to you.
4. Use antibiotics only when you really need them.
The less you use antibiotics, the less you'll take their bad effect of bacterias resistance.
5. Always check the side effects.
Ask your doctor, is there any side effect if antibiotics reacting with another food or drink.
6. Keep the "good bacterias".
Our body need good bacterias to keep our body healthy. Too much consume antibiotics, beside kills the bad bacterias, good bacterias also can be weak. To prevent this, you can consume suplements to build good bacterias in your body, like food or drink that contains probiotics.
7. Beware of the symptoms.
Call your doctor immediately if you feel something wrong after you consume antibiotics. Unusual symptom like puffy, feel sick in your throat, or diarhea. For some people, antibiotics can make them queasy. Consuming antaside will make acid in your stomach being neutralized.
